Method. Giving shape to value

Every transformation starts with a question. Every project calls for different skills. Every investment needs to be understood, built, integrated and managed over time.

Five phases · one process

Our method

Our method comes from the meeting of architecture, engineering, design and project development, and rests on a simple principle: creating lasting value for people, businesses and communities.

More than forty years of practice have led us to a way of working based on established procedures, multidisciplinary coordination and process control.

An approach that lets us take on complex projects with rigour, flexibility and a focus on long-term value.

Phase 1: Understand

  • Context
  • People
  • Objectives

Questions come before solutions. Every project starts in a specific context, involves different people and responds to needs that are often complex.

Understanding means listening, observing and analysing to identify opportunities, critical issues and feasibility conditions. Every later decision depends on the quality of this phase.

Phase 2: Build

  • Value
  • Functions
  • Economics

For us, design is not just about drawing buildings: it is about building value.

Every project must be useful, sustainable and consistent with the client’s objectives and with its setting. Functions, spatial quality and financial viability are considered together from the earliest stages.

Phase 3: Manage

  • BIM
  • Coordination
  • Project management

Every project goes through different stages: analysis, design, permits, tendering, construction and operation all call for tools and skills that keep objectives, time, cost and quality aligned.

Managing means coordinating the process so that every component works in the same direction.

Phase 4: Integrate

  • Architecture
  • Engineering
  • Design
  • Permits

The quality of a project depends on the ability to coordinate different skills within a shared vision. Architecture, engineering, design, energy performance and planning procedures are not separate activities, but parts of one process.

Integrating means turning complexity into a coherent, buildable synthesis.

Phase 5: Endure

  • Energy
  • Accessibility
  • Comfort
  • CAPEX
  • OPEX
  • Maintenance

For us, a project succeeds when it keeps generating value over time. That is why we consider not only the initial cost of a project, but its entire life cycle.

Energy performance, accessibility (opens in a new tab), comfort, running and maintenance costs are fundamental to building sustainable, durable investments.

From method to results

Each case study is a concrete application of this approach: from urban regeneration to production spaces, from hospitality to contemporary living, every project brings together skills, processes and strategic vision.
